How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If you have booked via a 3rd party agent, please contact them directly to cancel your stay.


Which payment methods do you accept?

All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking.


What time is check-in?
Check in is from 15.00 and the check-out time is at 11.00.

works with a functional (self)check-in procedure. Even though we do not have a front desk on site, we will always do our utmost to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible After booking a room with us you will receive an email with all the (self) check-in details.

Can I bring my pets?
We love all pets. But unfortunately our hotel is not pet friendly.


What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11:00. After 11:00 the digital key will stop working. Do you have questions? Please contact recepion.
