Reservations
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If you have booked via a 3rd party agent, please contact them directly to cancel your stay.
I would like to stay a little longer. Can I add additional nights?
Please contact us directly to add additional nights to your stay. If you have already reserved an extra night (preferrably by booking direct), please contact us so we can arrange the bedroom allocation.
Do you have the option for an extra beds?
Unfortunately at Boutique Hotel 43 we do not have the options for additional beds or baby beds.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking and in hotel. You can also pay by pin upon arrival.
Do I have to provide my credit card information when making a reservation?
Your credit card serves as a guarantee for the room. A credit card authorization is made in advance. It is possible to pay with the same credit card at arrival. We also accept a payment with cash, debit or credit card.
What is City Tax and when will it be charged?
A €7,26 per person per night City Tax charge is added to your stay. This is payable upon arrival to the hotel.

You can check-in from 15:00 until 22:00.

Can I bring my pets?
We love all pets. But unfortunately our hotel is not pet friendly.
Is breakfast included in your rates?
Breakfast is not included in your rate, however Restaurant DIGA serves a delicious breakfast daily with stunning views over the River Zaan. Please let us know in advance if you would like to make a reservation.
Do you have dining facilities?
We do not have a restaurant at our hotel. You can visit Restaurant DIGA for traditional Italian dishes with a Dutch twist. Please let us know upon arrival if you would like to reserve a table. Restaurant DIGA also boosts a beautiful terrace on the River Zaan.
Is smoking allowed in your hotel?
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. Our hotel is 100% smoke free.
Is Boutique Hotel 43 accessible for the disabled or people with walking difficulties?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building our hotel is not wheelchair friendly. We do have three rooms on the ground floor with walk-in showers. Please contact us directly to book and reserve a ground floor room or to find out further information.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is from 11:00. Feeling lazy or perhaps might like to snooze a little longer? We can arrange a later check-out for a small fee. Please let us know in advance or during your stay to arrange this.
